Instinct Ready Acquired By Doberman Emergency Management Group
On Monday, October 17, 2022, Instinct Ready CEO, Jason Perez, released the following statement:
"Over the past year, Instinct Ready Inc. has developed and maintained a close working relationship with the Doberman Emergency Management Group based in St. Louis, Missouri. The collaboration between our companies has been overwhelmingly positive and has resulted in the expansion of Instinct Ready products and brand awareness.
Working with Doberman has led to the launch of the DisasterClass podcast, the QuikPak everyday readiness kit, and expanded B2B opportunities, including public access bleeding control kits and office disaster readiness kits. Throughout our working relationship, it has become very apparent that our companies are aligned with very similar values, vision, and mission and would mutually benefit from increased collaboration and cooperation.
As a result of our successful working relationship, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Instinct Ready by the Doberman Emergency Management Group.
