Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges for Physical Goods

Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations before goods are shipped or produced. If the order is canceled prior to shipment you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the goods have already shipped out.

Returns: Customers have the right to apply for a return within 45 days after the receipt for qualifying goods. Qualifying products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will
only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Non-Qualifying Goods: Some goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales of these products are considered final. Non-qualifying goods include Food, drink, cookware, drinkware, or any product that has been removed from its original packaging or has been used. Online American Heart Association courses are not eligible for return.

If you send returns via U.S. Mail or Parcel Service we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Refunds & Exchanges for Events & Classes

You cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel greater than 48 hours from the class start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the class start time or fail to show, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All sales made within 48 hours of class start are considered final.
